The permanent collections at the West Valley Art Museum are something to boast about. The museum has the largest collection of ethnic dress in the Southwest. The exhibit contains over 1000 pieces with a special emphasis on Asia, Africa and Latin American cultures.

Gating must be part of a development’s initial plan. If not included, 100 percent of the property owners must agree to pay for the added the installation. Costs are high as the streets have to be purchased from the city so non-gated neighborhoods usually stay that way.
